TRC Hydraulics is Rexroth’s newest Authorized Distributor for Industrial and Mobile Hydraulics in Atlantic Canada
(Welland, ON) Bosch Rexroth Canada Corp. is pleased to announce the appointment of TRC Hydraulics (www.trchydraulics.com) as Authorized Distributor for Industrial and Mobile Hydraulics products* in all of Atlantic Canada effective May 1, 2017.
The agreement which has taken a few months to complete provides Bosch Rexroth Canada with a strategic step to secure its future business in the region, with a stronger footprint in Atlantic Canada. TRC will support MRO, End User and Reseller business in the region. Bosch Rexroth Canada will be primarily responsible for OEM with a limited focused End User business. TRC together with Bosch Rexroth will work jointly to promote and introduce the latest technologies to the region.
TRC Industrial Hydraulics, founded in 1986 with over 30 years business experience and with approximately 100 employees, is located in 3 three hydraulic full-service, sales and repair facilities across the region; Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador as well as one (1) manufacturing location in New Brunswick. Their manufacturing division TRC Manufacturing – custom designs, manufactures and provides full support to complete customer projects on time and on budget.
With the this agreement, Bosch Rexroth Canada is well positioned to more effectively support MRO, End User and Reseller business in the region with industry recognized and globally proven Rexroth components and services, for their specific application requirements. Bosch Rexroth Canada, with sales offices in all major business centres across Canada, will continue its role to sell direct in regions and sectors that identify with its current business model. However, Bosch Rexroth remains market agile to explore a variety of channel partner options to achieve continued and future market growth success.

Jason Levesque has been appointed to Branch Manager at our Dieppe facility. Jason has been with TRC for 12 years and he’s looking forward to the challenge!

Minister of State Holder and MP Goguen announce support for TRC Manufacturing
TRC Manufacturing, a division of TRC Hydraulics, will receive up to $668,657 in funding for two projects that improve upon existing tools for the mining, and oil and gas industries:
• A contribution of up to $326,565 to support the development and fabrication of an innovative, low footprint, low-cost concentric pump jack for oil pumping shafts; and,
• A contribution of up to $342,092 to support the development of a new undercutter for the salt mining industry.
Robert Goguen, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Justice and Member of Parliament for Moncton-Riverview-Dieppe, along with the Honourable Ed Holder, Minister of State (Science and Technology), today announced the investment through the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP).
Since 1986, TRC Hydraulics has designed and built customized solutions for the mining, oil and gas, and offshore exploration industries. The company has built a reputation for its fluid power and motion control expertise to become Atlantic Canada’s largest and most technologically advanced hydraulics distributor, manufacturer and service provider to customers in the mining, forestry, aquaculture, marine, oil and gas, and industrial sectors.

• Through its national network of industrial technology advisors, NRC-IRAP provides support to SMEs in Canada in the development and commercialization of technologies.
